Refund Policy – Paper Moon Crafts

At Paper Moon Crafts, we take pride in creating unique, handcrafted items made with care and attention. Because each piece is made to order and often personalized, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or Missing Orders: If your package doesn’t arrive, we’ll work with you to track it or provide a replacement.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance or sale items

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
Email us at admin@papermooncrafts.com with your order number and details. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, you may be responsible for shipping costs.
